Technology support shaped around legal work
We meet with your firm to understand how attorneys and staff access matter information, collaborate, work remotely and bring new people into the organization. That discussion shapes the systems reviewed and the service responsibilities we agree.
Priorities may include document and email access, Microsoft 365 configuration, devices used away from the office, on-premises Active Directory, line-of-business dependencies and recovery planning. Specific application support is confirmed during scoping.
Areas we review with your firm
- Identity and access practices for attorneys, staff and administrators.
- Document permissions, external sharing and secure collaboration.
- Email protection and account security in Microsoft 365.
- Device management, patching and endpoint protection.
- Backup coverage, recovery procedures and important system dependencies.
- Onboarding, role changes and timely access removal.
- Technology evidence for client security questionnaires and identified requirements.
Clear reporting for partners and firm administrators
ProviScore brings those areas into one evidence-based assessment. Partners and firm administrators can see where protections are in place, where gaps need attention and what has not yet been verified.
The score comes with findings and a prioritized roadmap. Quarterly reviews connect the baseline to completed work and changing priorities, keeping significant individual issues visible alongside the overall score.
Arizona and Colorado relationships, with scope agreed upfront
We focus on law firms in Arizona and Colorado, and existing Colorado law firm relationships inform our understanding of legal IT needs. We discuss your office locations, remote users and onsite requirements before agreeing coverage.
Compliance-related priorities are based on the requirements you identify with your advisors and stakeholders. We support technology planning and evidence gathering; ProviScore is not a formal audit, compliance rating or certification.
Arizona and Colorado focus. Nationwide support.
Our primary focus is Arizona and Colorado, and we also work with law firms elsewhere in the United States. We discuss remote support, office locations, onsite requirements and service responsibilities before agreeing the engagement.
Common questions
Can you assess our firm before we change MSPs?
A standalone ProviScore assessment can be discussed without assuming an ongoing managed services engagement. Scope, deliverables, timing and fees are agreed first.
Will every remediation item be included?
The managed services agreement defines inclusions. Projects, specialized assessments and remediation outside that scope are agreed separately.
How does the firm know what the score means?
We explain the supporting findings, evidence gaps and priorities in language stakeholders can understand, then review the next steps together.
