IT that fits a business built on client relationships
Consultancies, service firms and other professional businesses need people to communicate, share work and access information without constant IT friction. We start with your client commitments, applications and staff workflows, then define the services that support them.
Your company’s risks may involve confidential projects, contracts, intellectual property, payroll or client financial information. We identify where that data lives and who needs access, including remote workers and outside collaborators.
Day-to-day IT support your team can rely on
We take care of everyday help desk requests, mailbox and calendar issues, device setup, employee changes, shared files and office connectivity. Ongoing maintenance and planning keep those tasks connected to the long-term health of the environment.
- Help desk support for sign-in issues, computers, printers, scanners and everyday software problems.
- Computer provisioning, software deployment, updates, endpoint protection and replacement planning.
- Employee onboarding, offboarding and changes to accounts, devices and permissions.
- Office Wi-Fi, firewalls, internet connectivity, servers and secure remote access.
- Backup monitoring, recovery planning and agreed restore testing for covered systems.
- Coordination with internet providers and business application vendors, with responsibilities agreed during onboarding.
Microsoft 365 support, licensing and preferred partner savings
As a Microsoft reseller, Provicore manages Microsoft 365 licensing alongside the environment those licenses support. We help select appropriate plans, assign and review licenses, coordinate renewals and identify unused subscriptions or overlapping products.
We review available preferred partner savings and explain the options before you commit. Pricing and savings depend on the products, eligibility, commitment terms and current offers; a specific saving is confirmed in your quote.
- Outlook and Exchange Online email, shared mailboxes, calendars and delivery troubleshooting.
- Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive support, permissions and secure external sharing.
- User setup, role changes, access removal and license reassignment within subscription terms.
- Microsoft Entra ID, multifactor authentication and access policies appropriate to your licensing and risk.
Practical security for your data, team and growth
- Identity protection, multifactor authentication and appropriate administrator access.
- Secure Microsoft 365 collaboration and controlled sharing with clients and contractors.
- Endpoint management, encryption and patching for supported computers and servers.
- Firewalls, Wi-Fi and remote access configured around business needs.
- Backup coverage, recovery procedures and review of critical vendor dependencies.
- Documented onboarding, offboarding, incident escalation and ownership of recurring IT tasks.
Your priorities determine the roadmap
We discuss client questionnaires, contract commitments, insurance requirements and any industry-specific obligations with the people responsible for them. The resulting technology plan should address your actual business rather than copy another organization’s checklist.
Where your team needs specialist regulatory or application advice, we coordinate responsibilities with those providers. A defined scope makes clear what the MSP handles, what your company owns and what needs separate project work.
MSP support with a clearer view of your entire IT posture
ProviScore is included in the MSP partnership. Our proprietary method connects findings across on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft 365, computers, servers, networks, backups, physical safeguards and operational policies. It goes beyond patch counts to show how the environment works as a whole.
We meet with you to understand your business, sensitive information and applicable requirements. Stakeholders receive understandable findings showing where protections are supported by evidence, where gaps exist and what needs attention. An overall score does not hide an important individual issue or a control we have not verified.
A baseline, quarterly reviews and a prioritized improvement roadmap connect reporting to action. ProviScore supports planning and compliance-related conversations; it is not a compliance rating, certification, formal audit or guarantee of security.
Arizona and Colorado focus. Nationwide MSP support.
Provicore serves organizations across the United States, with a primary focus on Arizona and Colorado. Remote support, office locations, onsite visits and vendor responsibilities are planned around your actual environment.
Our regular business hours are Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Arizona time, with monitoring 24/7/365. Support arrangements, escalation and after-hours coverage are defined in your service agreement. The people behind Provicore bring 30+ years of IT and MSP experience.
Start with your people, systems and priorities
We review how your team works, which applications and data matter most, what your current provider or internal IT team handles and where support is falling short. You receive a defined service scope and practical next steps. Specialized applications, projects, third-party subscriptions and remediation outside the agreement are scoped separately.
Common questions
Can you work alongside an internal IT employee?
We can discuss co-managed responsibilities, access and escalation so work has a clear owner. The arrangement is defined before service begins.
Can you take over from our existing IT provider?
We plan a transition around access, documentation, licensing, backups and critical dependencies. Timing and responsibilities depend on the condition of the environment and cooperation from the involved parties.
Is Microsoft 365 licensing included in the MSP fee?
We can supply and manage Microsoft 365 licenses. Your quote separates subscription charges, managed services and any projects so you can see what is included. Preferred partner savings are reviewed against your actual plans and terms.
Does ProviScore certify our organization as compliant?
No. It explains IT posture, evidence and improvement priorities. Applicable obligations are reviewed with your compliance or legal advisors; a score is not a regulatory determination or audit opinion.
